I am angolan. The word MACHIMBOMBO is not usually spoken, maybe in north. The word MONEY, we say many time KUMBU, but we can also say MASSA, JABÁ, GRANA, TÁBUA and VALOR (ES).

i used to hear machimbombo when i was a teenager, now not anymore, it is rather autocarro, but for dinheiro, we can say kumbu, bufunfa, kitadi from kimbundu and other word that i can not remember now.
