He's able to Cut Armstrong Arm Before it Hardens.


Weapon:zoro got enma which is capable of Cutting hell, and sam got murasama.
HF Murasama: Just like Raiden, he possess a High-Frequency Blade capable of weakening the bonds between molecules, making them easier to cut through with each hit. Sam's HF Blade was made from a weapon crafted by the famous swordsmith Murasama, and it has a faster vibration rate compared to Raiden's HF Blade, making it more powerful. It is ID Locked to Sam, meaning only he can use it unless he deactivates the lock.
He's able to slice anything easily it just weakens the skin.

Sam was able to figure out Armstrong's nanomachine system In just Minutes while getting punched.
He just raged the raiden and led raiden to Him and cut his arm off with a tricky timing. And he just cut off the Arm which helpes raiden to Balance his swings.

Endurance:sam is an Ultimate tank despite he dont have a cyborg exosuit.
He was able to keep up fighting with raiden. he doesnt feel pain (he says it atleast) .



Reflexes:sam's reflexes are definetly Better.
He was able to catch raiden's sword.
Cut bullets in air.
Dodge raiden's attacks easily.
Cut armstrong's arm Before it hardens.
Despite Sam was holding back much power in the main boss fight and He could kill armstrong if he was not in hurry
(Its confirmed by creators of the game)
His cybernetic arm gives him Huge strenght and his abilities like quick draw or Aeiral attack gives him advantage too.
This fight would end up with
Zoro's arm getting cut off and getting taunt to the death or sam dodging and parrying all attacks or cutting his sword.
This can go otherwise if zoro stays on focus.
