Overlander Atari ST [1 Minute Review] | Nostalgia Nerd

Overlander for the Atari ST was part of the 20 game Powerpack, shipped with all STs from 1989 onwards, however it was originally developed by Elite Systems Ltd as a clone of Atari Games' Roadblaster cabinet. It's a reasonable copy, but it's pretty darn hard and I never got far playing it on my 520STfm,

I had this game on the Amiga, I'd forgotten all about it, wasn't a bad road blasters clone. Still preferred Chase HQ though and Lotus Turbo Challenge

God this game was super-hard, and I finally got to see the ending on YouTube, it was sad....

That intro may be out of place but at least you can control the starfield with your joystick. Almost as fun as the game itself lol.

I'd the C64 version of this: so-so game, but it had a great soundtrack!

I rather enjoyed this game. I believe it was developed by Phil Harrison - yes that Phil of Sony fame.
