Hi, I'm thinking of changing the tires on my Roscoe 7. From 29×2.6, I plan to change them to 29×2.2 or 29× 2.3. In your opinion, how will the wheel ride with the thinner tires? bontrager line comp 30

Is it work spending 550 on this wheel set on a trek marlin 5 or should I just save the money and upgrade to something like the roscoe 6 or 7

If your think no about buying them do it I have a pair and they’re amazing I got a dent on a downhill race track when I was trying to test the capability of my new bike it was bad but if I had anything less it would have been terrible

The mid range, or low range kovee comp are trash. Fail under conservative xc riding style for anyone larger than average.

Why put trash wheels on MTB bikes at a 2.8k price point?

Trash wheels shouldn't exist except for kids bikes and chesp cruisers that never get ridden past the first month of ownership
