Jim Loehr is an awesome tennis coach and psychologist. I play tennis at the club level and mastering the 4 elements of this game has not only improved my game but improved and transformed my life to be more fulfilling. Especially since I was just laid off from my job at a tobacco company. I too felt bad working for a company that contributed to the death of both my parents in the last 3 years. Mom with lung cancer and dad with pancreatic cancer. Wow, losing both my parents and my job is enough to go into a deep depression. The Power of Full Engagement and a life changing impact on me.
