As an Indian can one not go to country where he can get citizenship easily and get citizenship there and then move to usa? What are the complications or why this thing is not followed?

The EB1 visa is an immigrant visa classification which is broken in to 3 distinct sub-categories: 1. EB1A for people with extraordinary abilities; 2. EB1B for outstanding professors and researchers; and 3. EB1C for multinational managers and executives

Coping video, the EB1C is very hard to get, she is on waiting for green card. EB1C is considered liek einstein caterogy, L1 are not eleibilt, it is O1 to EB1. L1 avg salary is 100k, is considerd cheap labor.
