Being universally loved shouldn't absolve someone of taking responsibility for their actions.

Addiction is a hard battle. It can be beat. I did it. He can too.

Damn! I wish Jeff would see what is happening with Tammy Fytch and realize that can happen to him as well. Hope he gets it turned around before it's too late

Jeff hardy is likeable and beloved companies see him as money they don’t care about his health they know people will pay just to see him.He has magic but doesn’t know how to work this to his favour.
Jeff hardy :
Charisma
His style ( clothes, face paint)
Unique personality
Special moves
When he is in the ring people eyes just on him.I hope he gets serious treatment for his addiction.

It’s interesting. We universally love the Usos and Jeff Hardy, but the only difference between their situation and Sunny us in Sunny’s case is someone died from her making the same choices.

jail is easier to get sober than probation

He should be fired from AEW because it's apparent the road isn't for him. If that was one of us we would be behind bars, and rightfully so. He wont learn until he unfortunately kills someone

Their's love and their is enabling.

Jeff is enabled by everyone who supports his freedom.

When he kills himself or worse, someone else...

I absolutely love Jeff for his body of work but he absolutely deserves to be in prison

Jeff's never going to be a success story. And it's one thing if he's going to hurt himself. It's another if he's harming others. He's a habitual drunk driver. He'll get behind another car whether or not he has a license and he'll drive drunk. He's been arrested for it so many times now that it's safe to say he's never going to change.

At this point now, putting him in prison for a long period of time is what's necessary. Not even so much to punish him. But to protect the public from him.

I agree with Dutch's take on this. Anybody who has ever lost somebody because of some drunk POS got behind the wheel of a car (like Jeff Hardy has) will agree. He needs to be in prison.

Wrestling has a drinking culture. Most wrestling stories center around going to a bar on the road and getting totally wasted. Once a addicted, always a addicted. Not only does wrestling allow this but a judge does too. He needs help but wrestling and a judge don't see it that way. Jeff Hardy should be in jail. I guess Tony Khan will be bringing him back because he needs a ratings boost.

He's really screwed himself. If he wants to wrestle anywhere he's going to have to use rides to get around. No renting a car anymore
