If you want a suggestion for what to do with your excess hot peppers, I dehydrated our extras ( do NOT do this then ground them and added the powder to our birds' feed (chickens, geese and ducks as well as wild birds) the hot peppers kills parasites and the birds love it... the hot pepper powder also convinces squirrels that they want nothing to do with the birds' seed.
