Goodness! I have tears here! I was abused and neglected by my mom and other people… I just recently had a tumor removed and the message I get the most is I need to forgive. I’m struggling!

Animals get cancer. They also do not hold on to anger and resentment. I can understand how anger can turn into cancer but I also think that cancer comes from our food and environment. Any thoughts?
