Piriformis Stretch exercise is part of Group 2. Perform Group 2 exercises if your low back pain is aggravated by flexion (leaning forward), or simply is relieved by bending backwards. Also, perform these exercises if you’ve been diagnosed with Bulged or Herniates Disc and/or Sciatica. Combine these with Group 1: Core Exercises for maximum benefit.
