As a pc gamer I don't have that much experience with controllers but it is true that Xbox One/Series controllers are masterpieces. I mostly play strategy games on keyboard and mouse but when I finally play something on controller then the Xbox controller is a must.

As more of a PlayStation person, I really prefer the simplicity of the series x controller. Nothing fancy, single color, and just a straight forward controller. Also, removable batteries it a huge win over the dualsense controller. Run out on the batteries? Just pop another set it. If its rechargeable, you just switch between two sets of batteries and always play wireless.

Ive been gaming with xbox since inception, and will say, the current series controller is the greatest of all controllers. I really loved the xbox one controller as well, as I do still have the elite, but the series controller has had the small adjustment on its size and fits so beautifully! I really do want to get a controller from microsoft lab, that looks so cool!!

on a side note, I have also gamed on pc and also a long time playstation player, and feel overall, that the PS4 controller was the best overall controller. Just loved how that felt in the hands and prefer it so much more than the PS5 controller. Also the Nintendo Switch pro controller is also incredible, but lacks proper triggers but that battery life is unbelievale and the feels are incredible.

I love the removable battery pack, that's my favorite feature.

I hate the non Hall effect joysticks, they aren't precise and unreliable.

And please stop with the rubber grips.

The Duke XBOX controller is back, but now it's basically a wired controller that has a USB port. The Xbox 360 controller is also back but also the same as the Duke has a USB port and is a wired controller for a modern Xbox series X or a modern Xbox series S.
