Why Didn't Colby Covington sit with Trump at UFC 244?

Colby Covington doesn't hide his support for President Donald Trump and his family as he even appeared to be reading Trump's son's book during the UFC 245 press conference.

Covington being one of Trump's biggest supporters, you would think he would be there by Trump's side when the President attended UFC 244, but Covington was nowhere to be found in the arena.

Dana White shined a light on why Covington wasn't there with Trump.

Lol not only did trump come to see Colbys enemy fight, he wouldn’t even let Colby sit next to him. Colby isn’t as popular as he thinks. He is a hell of a fighter tho.

This was a political reason. Dana was afraid if they showed Colby on the big screen with Trump, arena would have been overwhelmed with boos. Liberal media write about Trump being booed even days after the event, and it would have been a lot worse if Colby was there.
