That makes me think about swelling in general, when they say to ice it to cool down the swelling. It never makes sense to me as the swelling is there because your body is trying to heal itself... What has science discovered that icing is a good thing?

Excuse me sir, but I thought Humoral Immunity and Cellular Immunity belong to Adaptive Immunity, not Innate Immunity?
