JackZ is one of the most underrated, and most poorly utilized pro players. He has what it takes to be a star player but yet they just waste his potential in g2 and either throw him at bombsites as hard entry or use him as their suppport player. G2 is using their best rifle-aimer to setup up flashes so that their IGL can pull off a play once in a while. Like wtf?
