I LOVED this video with your mom! I am a mom to kids in their 20's and I enjoy watching your videos to bring to my awareness books I might not have even noticed. I was an avid reading in my childhood, teens, and early adulthood until kids and career took priority. Now that the kids have moved out, I am rediscovering reading! I am reading 1 book a week this year - hitting some classics, (ugh, I actually started the year with '1984' the first week of January. I must have been sensing what was to come.) Anyway, I tend to lean towards contemporary fiction and also some non-fiction, especially memoirs. I am trying to expand into mysteries (they stress me out so much that I have to keep putting the book down to get courage to continue). Mom, I also can't remember books I read last week! Lol. It only means that I get to re-read later, like you guys mentioned in the video! Again, loved this video with your mom!! PS - I added several of these books to my list of upcoming books to-be-read! Thanks!
