I was up for consideration for a specialized job that I was eventually accepted to. I had to fight hard for a 6% increase on my below average salary for my position. This was after 3 years of exceptional performance with absolutely no merit increase. I found out 4 months later that the shuffle going on in the director level resulted in my mentor getting a 12% increase on a $400k salary after he was told it was a lateral move. This was a year after they voted themselves a vehicle allowance increase from $400/mo to $1k/mo. It's an absolute travesty that this kind of stuff goes on. As a result, I made the decision to leave the company and can't be happier.

I have been in medicine all my life, 50 years total out of my 72 years. 10 years ago I was put out of business by the insurance CEOs because I refuse to except their orders to stop helping patients and only prescribe drugs! Will anybody ever address the fact that insurance CEOs are taking home millions of dollars a year each but they refuse to pay for patients to get help. They refused to pay for vitamin D testing and we know that’s critical to health in fact they refuse to pay for any nutritional testing. What happens to your car if you put the wrong fluids in the wrong space? Our bodies are much finer machinery and yet Western medicine will not look at nutrition at all. I am one of the few doctors that has studied nutrition for 50 years so they think that I’m not worth practicing medicine but they’re mistaken, I am an excellent physician. They pay doctors $500, 000 a year to drug people in appropriately But my income dropped to $35, 000 per year after 50 years of perfect care for patients!
