This is a great way to test camera auto focus my goodness Dean haha. It's so cool seeing the kids start collecting. I started when the cards first came out, i had a binder full, not sure what edition but i was 15 in 1999 so could have been first edition. Unfortunately no idea where that binder is, but probably would have been worth some good money.

I've been digging down into this Pokemon rabbit hole lately and it's fascinating. While I'm not completely surprised, it's still pretty crazy to see how popular this is with people of all ages, and how much money some of those cards are worth. I'm 40 so I think I saw the beginning of Pokemon and I never thought it would be the phenomenon it is now.
