Thank you so much for your lessons from Vietnam 🇻🇳. The expression I learned today is Kudos, we can say Kudos, or we could say Kudos to you. Never say Kudo, it’s Kudos. It simply means congratulations, to show respect, a compliment for someone, something or maybe for events. For example, I go to a restaurant, and I order some dishes, and Oh my goodness, the food is so delicious, unbelievable, it’s the best food in the world 🌎. So I could say kudos to the chef, my compliment to the chef. That’s the idea of the expression. Could you please explain to me more about that? Thank you so much for your help. I just have a small curiosity, why are so many people so glad that this dude is explaining what the word "Kudos" means while he's mispronunciatiating the fuck out of it? The correct pronunciation is /ˈkjuːdɒs/ which, for anyone who can't read that, reads as "kiu dos". The rest of the video is fine except for the pronunciation. My own opinion
