If I disallow /wp-content/ will it be ok or it will disallow Google from indexing files on my blog? - Because my new blog wp-content page is showing on google and it contains all images

Is the ranking factor based on the country of IP of the website hosting used when forming the SERP? Such as if user from USA then he or she mostly get sites from USA?! Some kind of a "Chinese" firewall.

If you want to "hack a website", just look at the robots.txt file and visit every url lol. Im not encouraging this, just explaining how stupid people really are. What pages do we not want to the public to know about? I know lets create a list of them and hope nobody find out handy list.
