Before using Jobber, Jessica would be juggling over a dozen different spreadsheets - which worked fine when she was in the office. The problem was that when the family was on the road or on a rooftop working, they didn’t have easy access to those lists and the information was useless to them. Jessica started using Jobber to organize the family business about two months ago.
The biggest reason Jessica started using Jobber was because they needed a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
