Next time use Cold water only. Take out the shoe strings scrub the in soles, pre wash with sneaker cleaner and tooth brush, harder bristle brush on bottom soles. Then get a washing bag, it’s basically a net bag. Works best in top loader washers, fill washer and use detergent pod (better if scent/color free). Throw them in there and wash them on regular cycle.

Dry:
Either air dry with fans that take a while, and they can get moldy smelling If not all the way dry. Or you can put them in the dryer, but you have to tie the laces up just the front holes, so there’s a lot of loose slack and string. Take the strings of both shoes and tie them together into a knot. Then hang them over the door of the dryer. The knot should be on the out side of the dryer door. This lets the shoes hang free in the dryer. Put on lowest heat or air dry and they dry quick with no damage.

Cold water and use Dawn Powerwash..take out the laces, spray the shoe and wash cold and let them air dry..soak the laces in the sink with cold water and powerwash for 20 minutes to a half an hour and let them air dry as well. They will dry overnight or you can put them in front of a box fan or in the sun to dry faster.
