My future self, elegant and sophisticated, fit and healthy, multiple business owner, independent and detached, deeply in love with herself, intellect, moving city to city, experiencing the world, having the most amazing circle of friends and family, highly ambitious told me to not give up, and believe in the power of my infinity potential. She said she truly loves me and will leave no stone unturned to get me to her. She said she knows I'm better than what I think and way more stronger.

I reminded myself, "You will get what you want. You are where you're supposed to be. Just the enjoy the journey and be grateful for every moment. Remember to let go so you can let in. Create what speaks to you so you can speak for yourself. Do it all with love." Very thankful for this meditation.

I did this meditation and the one last thing my future self said to me is "I love you, thank you for making me into who I am." I cannot explain the peace this brings me after struggling so much with self hate and low self esteem. This truly brought me to a place of love for myself that I havent felt since I was a child. I almost never leave a comment on youtube but I want everyone to know that it works. I did this meditation just once in 2021. I visualized my higher self graduating from the uni I wanted. 2 months later I got the acceptance letter and now I'm in my second year. Whenever I wanted something, I prayed, worked, and meditated with the help of this video, and poof, I always got everything I wanted.

I turn 53 tomorrow and have not manifested any of my dreams yet... Have been stuck into a 28 years old trauma for ever. The pain is so embedded in me that I don't even age like other people. I am an ageless child. It was moving to see myself in a year, clearly in tune with a her manifested dreams (nothing fancy but... Love??? Health. Serenity and financial balance.) she told me immediately: "love yourself fiercely, seriously, with an iron fist". One o ly adverb in Italian, "severamente". It's a new concept for me, as it offers a clear cut from the loving myself I am trying now which tends, sadly, to being forgiving and approximative in managing my soul and body. So here goes, thank you so much.

I saw myself in another country. Walking on the street. Busy, happy woman. Gorgeous, let me tell you 😄 Curly hair, and leather jacket for some reason. She walked straight. I'm not sure at what point of her career she was, but she was enjoying herself. She's fearless. Not afraid to express her love. When I met her, she immediately hugged me. With compassion. This gave me so much hope, because now I cannot even find kind words for myself... Then she said that everything will come to me, everything will be okay. The important thing for me, she said, is to learn what a true freedom is. I need to explore it, to understand that in reality there are no limits, they're just in my head. I can do whatever I decide to do, I can go wherever I want to. I am more free than I think I am. That's the key.

i was not expecting to cry during this meditation. my higher self was so beautiful and radiant, but they didn't look significantly different from the current version of myself. they were just more alive. "you are love and you are beauty. good things will come if you are willing to look for it. say no to self destructive and self deprecating thoughts and actions. say yes to love, happiness, and guidance, both from yourself and from others. follow your path. walk as slowly as you need to." (words from my higher self)
