1. They have their own link on YOUR page
2. YOU are on THEIR domain
3. THEY have their OWN meta tags on YOUR page
4. THEIR lighhouse scores suck! i.e. They are not optimised
You can pay them to fix some of these issues but why not create your own alternative, completely for FREE!
