Tips I would recommend if you're trying to solo for keymaster badge:
1. Get the decoy ability to save you unnecessary deaths
2. Feed zizzy the grass when you finally unlocked everything in order to stun robby so you can get into the vault more carefully
3. Load the gun twice when you enter the vault as robby will wake up and follow you there. You have an extra bullet when activating the robot to get the chip and it will be easier.
4. Try to get robby in the same place as the robot by having him follow you to the vault so that it's easier to stun both to get the chip and escape

Bit of a side note: When doing chapter 12, you will still be able to get the glitch key even if you died previously in that chapter. As long as you don't leave the game, your progress is saved
