How a police officer is committing fraud upon the public.

A) Part of a police officer fiduciary duty is to always be amendable to the public. They must articulate at all times a answer to your questions. If they say, “ I’ll tell you after”, or “first I need to know”, or “that’s not how it works” they are in breach of their duty and they just committed fraud upon you. They must inform you, and if they withheld information, or purposely not disclose the information you seek “ When You Ask “ they are in breach of their duty, which is fraud upon you the public.
B) When a police officer arrest someone without probable cause, when he/she has not caused, “NO” injury/damage to a living person or property and has not committed a felony and he/she has not consented (I do not consent) to the police officer jurisdiction, and police officer arrested without, the officer has committed fraud upon you the public.
C) When a police officer attempts to use statues and codes and policy in place of, or against the constitution as law, the officer is committing fraud upon you.
D) When the police officer goes to court and testified (Against you) as a witness for a fictional plaintiff (state of / city of / people of) (non-living soul) and the police officer testifies that he/she committed a crime (felony) (injured party) (with intent) that never existed. The police officer not only committed fraud but also committed perjury which is a felony.
E) When the police officers gives you a fraudulent ticket/citation they are committing fraud upon you the public. Most (90%) tickets/citations are fraud and unconstitutional.
