Some more context: that Monday they had a fuel bill to pay that was more than $5k. They wouldn’t get more money otherwise and would have gone out of business. Also the founder fought in a world war and was experienced in blackjack as he and his fellow troops played it a lot, and that is why he chose blackjack as he was most likely to win
