I love this truth: words that end with 'ify' means to make something become what is at the beginning of that word. Eg. Sanctify means to make sanct ie. to be made saints ie. to be made holy. We are sanctified (made holy and saints of God) by the Word of God, that which is Truth.

Love this truth: Religion makes us work from outside inward - do this and that and you will be holy - but this method (the practice of man-made rules) of the Pharisees for making one holy CANNOT transform the Mind and change the Heart. But God through the gospel of Jesus Christ by His holy Word changes us from the inside-out. The Word of God pierces and divides soul and spirit (inside), the joints and marrow (inside), and is a discerner of the thoughts/Mind and intent of the Heart (inside). Hebrews 4:12. Lord God, thank You for Your Word. Please help us to be discipline in meditating on Your Word. Give us a hunger and thirst for Your Word. May Your Word consume our thoughts and heart and manifest in our behavior. In Jesus name. Amen.
