New GE1 Silicone - Is it still fish and aquarium safe?

In this video I did a little research to try and find out if the new GE1 silicone is still fish safe so that we can continue using this silicone to reseal aquariums as well as use it for other aquarium-related projects

Omg thanks bro I've been everywhere looking for aquarium safe silicone where I'm from and it was a headache to find 1. Been searching around online concerning ge1 because of this same problem and all I found was arguments and confusion about this product. Thank you for taking the time to research the product. I'm currently in the process of resealing a 55 gallon tank I recently bought and was at my local hardware store when I noticed the change on the packaging. I confused because of the new labeling wording and the warning on the back stating not to use on aquariums.

I needed this. I was thrown off by the packaging as well and was the reason I went with the ASI sealant. Good to know that the GE 1 can still be used for lesser needs.

thanks for doing the research on this issue. I have put off fixing a tank for a couple years now because of the GE silicone I question (or the place is still out of stock).
