the "bottega del rigattiere" could be translated in "second hand shop" or something like that. For what i understand this song is about of the nostalgic feelings and memories that all those old junk objects recall in the mind of those who visit the shop

I think the title is "the workshop of the junk dealer", and maybe it's about the echoes of the past that resonate in the objects and the eyes of the dealer himself.
This song made me think of Plini. Although the name sounds also Italian, he's from a different continent ...and a different century .
