If not for injury that dude would've easily cracked 800 or more HRs. The greatest ball player I've seen in my lifetime. That dude was box office man

I maintain to this day, had Junior stayed healthy for his entire career he would've easily eclipsed 800 homers and there would be zero doubt that he was the greatest ever.

The feels =(...Griffey was my all time favorite player. I tried copying his swing, always wanted to play center field, collected as many of his baseball cards as possible...I miss those days.

He would have crushed over 61 home runs the year of the strike . Had 40 with 50 games left . If he played first base would have had 800 home runs but I would rather see all those home run robberies and I know he would say the same . Greatest swing in baseball.

My man! I actually cried when he was inducted into the Hall of Fame. Been a fan since 1990 and waited for that day for over 20 years. Congrats, Junior!

That original Kingdome artificial turf really messed with Jr's knees. The sweetest swing in baseball.

I was there for the one in 1994. Unfortunately, that was the last game of the 1994 season. The strike ruined his chance at passing Roger Maris naturally. It was also nice to see the Oakland Coliseum pre Mount Davis.

The 🐐. As a kid playing little league baseball most of the kids (myself included) would mimic his beautiful swing. Whether it was hitting a homerun or climbing the wall to rob someone of a homerun. Jr. made everything look so easy.
