All we do is take take take. Never give back. We are destroying our own home and the animals are having to deal with this when its not even their fault. This brought me to tears. Poor baby.

wow how interesting the bear never gave up just continued striving for surprised how it gingerly used the surface area of its body by laying it all on the ice to distribute it on the ice and not crack it how intelligent it must b good job bear

You give the impression that the thin ice surrounds it for miles. As you can see, in this case the ice thickened right up after about 5 metres. Even if the thick ice was was considerably further away the polar bear could easily break its way through to it.
