$25 m is pretty ambitious for a house with no driveway, garage or parking of any kind.
And why would I buy a house like this on Nantucket when I can get the EXACT SAME house in downtown Fredericksburg for a quarter the price?
If I’m going to Nantucket, I want the beach!
