18:12 yo Max, you can go to the file in the project panel and right-click -> interpret footage and you can set many loop cycles from the bottom "other" section in that menu ❤️ hope this helps

Control D douplicate your comp on your project panel, also you can add time remaping to those clips you want to play out trough all your comp and then write "loopOut(type = "cycle", numKeyframes = 0)" just go to the last keyframe and set it to one frame less, expand your layer and it should work.
