Maybe somebody already have noticed it, but in the 5th question (5:12) we could factor x^2, simplify, plug 0, and then got the answer 8/(-16) = -(1/2)

Thank you so much! Even though I'm learning AP Calculus BC myself using Khan Academy and some other websites, and don't even know what an integral is yet, I understood it very easily! I'm going to watch it again as a review for the test! Thank you so much!

When your teacher expects you to get a 5 on the ap exam which which also determine your second semester grade... but he prepared us really well so let’s get this 5

holy shit why does 2008 look so much easier than the more recent years, seriously these questions are straightforward and actually assess whether or not you know calculus, now our questions want to know how many videogames per week per month per year are being sold using constants they pulled out of their ass.

34:50 incase anyone is reading this and might find this helpful: a super shortcut is that the sign of a function always changes across a root that comes from a factor that has an odd power. So the sign doesnt change over 0 since x^2 has an even power, but it changes over 3 and 6 because (x-3)^1 is an odd power factor and (x-6)^1 is an odd power factor. (NOTE: it matters the power on the outside of the factor so if the factor was (x-5)^2 there would be a sign change across x = 5, but there would not be a sign change if it was (x^2 -5) because the WHOLE factor is to the first power.

I hope the difficulty of the questions this year will be similar to this 2008 exam, my exam is in 2 days and I am just hoping I manage to get a 3, thank you for uploading this it's super helpful ♡♡♡

For question 7 it’s telling you the C value so instead of doing all that work you can add 2 after integrating

On number 5 a faster way of doing it would be to factor out the x^2 on both the numerator and denominator before you even consider L’Hopital’s Rule. You get -1/2 after substituting 0 as well.
