Thermaltake Technology, headquartered in Taiwan, has unveiled the new white GR500 Racing Simulator Cockpit Snow on July 3, 2024. This racing simulator cockpit features a fiberglass bucket seat designed for realistic feedback, and aims to provide an immersive racing experience. The GR500 Racing Simulator Cockpit Snow is a white variant of the previously released GR500, focusing on delivering a genuine racing feel through its fiberglass bucket design. The frame of the cockpit is constructed from aluminum and steel, ensuring a sturdy structure. It includes a front-to-back sliding mechanism and a reclining feature to maintain a comfortable driving position over extended periods. This simulator cockpit is equipped with adjustable mounts for the steering wheel and pedals, allowing customization to suit user preferences. It supports major brands such as Logitech, Fanatec, and Thrustmaster, accommodating their wheels, pedals, and gear shifters. The seat width is 46 cm, with a sliding track length of 22 cm. Additional adjustment features include a seat back adjustment range of ±6°, a steering wheel panel adjustment range of ±25°, and pedal panel angle adjustments at 0°, 7.5°, 15°, and 25°. The overall dimensions are 60 cm in width, 132 cm in depth, and 110 cm in height, with a total weight of 120 kg. The base of the cockpit is enhanced with an LED bar supporting 16.8 million colors and 20 lighting modes, adding to the visual appeal.
