Lewandowski had 26 goals and 9 assists last season. Including 19 goals and 8 assists in La Liga. He’s about to turn 36. If a 22-26 year old striker were putting up these numbers they’d be worth a huge fee on the transfer market. The reality is there are hardly any number 9’s at the elite level who put up these type of numbers. Number 9’s are incredibly hard to find. Particularly with how the game is played today with so much possession and inverted wingers constantly cutting inside to shoot instead of providing service to number 9’s.

Ale giving one of the best strikers of this generation advice on how to be a striker. Focus on your hair loss buddy.

Ale really said that people lost respect for Xavi after barca board forced him out. What are you talking about???!!! No one is hating on Xavi both as a goat player or a decent head coach. Ale be smoking the good stuff

Lewy isn't physically what he once was but his finishing is still there.. Pau Victor is a magnificent striker.. He's got that Spanish technicalities, physicalities and a great positioning at such a young age

Really? Not a SINGLE good thing to say about Barca?

Also.. the standard they hold Lewa to is amazing. It was like his 15min of preseason vs City who were on their 4th game. 😅

Not good against PSG? We were killing them up until the red card and that killed us. ESPN’s Real Madrid bias on show again. Real Madrid robbed us in el clasico so that gap from 10 would be 7. Now if we talk about the refs being against us and being pro Madrid we’d be a lot closer or ahead of RM.

The level if disrespect towards lewandowski is baffling...he scored 19 league goals when he had physical issues and barca were struggling to create . Flick will introduce a direct type of football with good crosses which will give him the pichichi..form is temporary but class is permanent

Ale's point feels wrong tho, If a striker is indeed on the other side of his 30s, it should be physically easier to stay in and around the box rather than getting to the ball dont it?
