I get mine up to 32gps on flat ground but I also have the 52v version and weigh 130lbs. What is your weight, and whats the temperature? Also, are the tires at 50psi? This should all be disclosed because it can easily mean the difference between 25 and 30mph

Does your battery Guage drop during hard acceleration? Mine dropped as much as 4-6 voltage even right after fully charged
