Nov.08 -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says he and President-Elect Joe Biden have had a "personal, warm and long relationship" and that he looks forward to working with Biden, as well as with Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris. Speaking today in Jerusalem, Netanyahu also thanks outgoing President Donald Trump "for bringing the alliance between Israel and the United States to unprecedented heights."
