I cannot agree more with your first choice! I saw it 4 times and it is perfect in every way - fingers crossed for a soundtrack soon and yes an extension or tour 👏👏👏👏👏

Benjamin Button was my favourite of the year as well, originally only going to see it thanks to your positive review. But then I saw Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comnet of 1812. And... well, I was hooked. Have been twice now and will go again, should I get the chance. Have yet to see Oliver!, but it's a classic and I'll get there eventually. Anyhow, glad I discovered your channel this year, I hope the algorithm blesses you in 2025.

Hadestown was definitely the discovery of 2024 for me. I've already seen it 7 times and I'm seeing the Broadway cast in February. It really gets under your skin. It tends to attract quite a young audience too, rather than just the older age-groups who are more likely to go to the theatre, which can only be a good thing.

I feel I have to watch Benjamin Button now after all the rave reviews. Someone mentioned it feel more like a concert though, which has put me off a bit.
While I haven't seen the other 3 on this list, I thought Oliver was quite good.
I do feel that once the whole novelty of roller skates and unique set design wears off, Starlight has little to offer.

You are absolutely gorgeous and charming. The kind of woman, the kind of smile, that would lift any good man's spirits. I wish I was a bit older to be your husband. Anyways, thanks for the recommendations, I'd be watching my first show, The Mousetrap at St Martin's next month.
