The Arizona Sun is HARSH and destroys things really quickly. The UV cover is mandatory in this environment in my opinion. You can see the difference in the look and feel of the fabric that covered and the fabric that was not. I give these shelter covers 3 years in the AZ sun... where they would most likely last 7 to 10 years in other more mild environments.

i have one of these in nj....my cover held up for 4 years....constantly outside 24/7...when it finally ripped this winter i ordered a replacement cover for 139 bucks....i am very happy with mine....great product

Question about Deluxe size flooring- Is it one large piece or two pieces taped together? Does it fully cover the bottom of the shelter as well as under the metal framing or are there gaps?
