PLEASE EXPLAIN 'PREFERENCES' - EPISODE 2
Voting preferences have been the bane of every political parties existence. Me included.
The truth is, you own your preferences - so don’t take a how-to-vote card before walking into a polling booth if you want to control where your vote goes.
Ideally, I’d like to see full preferential voting scrapped and we return to ‘optional' preferential voting in future elections.
The major parties don’t support this idea, because it helps them form government with preference deals - Especially Labor and the Greens.
To help voters this election, I've created a video that helps educate voters.
As my gift to you, I'll give you a download link to each episode so you can own the series at home for FREE.
The link will expire in 5 days.
If you'd like to help keep the series alive, please consider donating to the party.
Directors Cut Info:
• In the opening scene, the lollipop man is Julian Assange 'blowing the whistle' on the steps of Parliament House.
• The reference to Scott Morrison 'pooping his pants' comes from a story of him doing exactly this in a McDonalds store on September 20, 1997.
