For a guy who never played WR his whole career, even in High School, Hester was still a solid receiver.

It’s almost disgusting how much they didn’t include him in the offense.

Looking at how similar players to Hester are used now it really makes me wonder what kind of number he could have put up with the right OC, with Slants, Screens, Sweeps, tosses, lining him up in the backfield, etc…

Obviously he wasnt a good Route Runner but if you can just get him the ball and let him run hes dangerous.

He was really good as a receiver. Them him being offense on special teams too. He was like two players in one.
