Great video and looks like just the option (a transom mount wireless trolling motor) I've been seeking for my Old Town PDL 120. Do you happen to have the actual weight of the unit? And, have you done any on the water type testing for speed, battery life etc.? And, could you confirm, what type of battery you are using (lithium vs. lead acid, amp hours, etc. ) Thanks!

Just put one of these on the transom of my LSF (Hoodoo/Brooklyn) tandem. What is your deployment solution?

Can’t wait to see your trolling motor mount build. Saw the pix on IG. Curious to see the fiberglass covering over the wood. Great progress 👍🎣

How fast does it push your boat. Also how long does it last you out on the water?

Following up to see how this has been working for you. Do you still have it? Any feedback?

That's awesome! I'm looking to power my kayak with this same motor. What battery did u use? Definitely subbed to your channel! Tight lines brother!

I made my own rc steering and prop speed control for my Traxxas 55 that does everything that yours does and then some. Left Right steering with the ability to choose how fast it steers, prop speed control that does go in reverse and also wireless depth control. The best thing about it other than I made it to be robust and reliable is, I can disable the rc function and use it normally for steering and prop control with the tiller handle. I also can adapt my whole system to virtually any trolling motor within minutes without having to take anything apart. I've read reviews on the one you have that the remote stops working and then the only way to turn it off is to unplug it. I've used mine probably over 100 times in the last three years without a glitch. It's very dependable.
