Yes, to the extent that you can make a few labels, add an image, but it's really not more than that. Think about things you can do with a basic powerpoint slide (no animations or anything), and that's what you could do. Using storyboards, you could essentially make a powerpoint presentation, only an app, with a few lines of code. But it is worth learning how to code, and it will make things much easier. Try playing around with XCode, and you will see the positives, & drawbacks of only storyboard
