Unfortunately Farm and Charm is probably the last update from any Let's Do series of mods that we'll get. As the original creator simply doesn't have time anymore and has failed to find a suitable candidate to take over the reigns.

It's weird that you couldn't find the NPC, his structure (the small white tent) is supposed to be the most common. Did you use the mod along with others by any chance?
