Some things i wanna point out:
Terminator's printer colors attack has a gimmick to it, the boss' eye glows a color and you have to touch the clone matching it or else you start taking electricity damage.
Overheat phase is purely visual, they used to actually affect the fight bit people didn't like it since the bosses already have a lotta attacks.
That bug with Artificial Stinger happens when you move backwards a bit too fast (rarely encountered this during development but it is fixed in the upcoming 1.4.4 update)

I feel like the new brain of Cthulhu mechanical boss would fit, but not the queen bee boss, because if you look at the mechanical bosses in your bestiary, theres heavy implications that they’re meant to be replacement parts for Cthulhu/Moon Lord. Twins being Cthulhu’s eyes, Destroyer being his spine, and skeletron prime being his skull.

Think it would be cool if prime had an “attack” where he stood still, only takes 1 damage and starts doing a little repair animation thing, if it finishes he gets his arms back, to stop it you need to hit him on all 4 sides of his head or something. This would be nice because prime is the type of boss who gets weaker the further into the fight you go and this would help reverse that

I'm glad you checked out the mech rework mod as it's one of my favorites. also, the bloodshed is a crimson version of the nights edge.

A couple things,
1. Retinizer and Spazmatizm both have a phase 3 for when they get low enough and the other is not present
2. the Iron Annelid seems to be unable to deal critical hits which is most likely why it does not work
3. the Destroyer's head seems to change shape slightly for each color shift
4. all of the mech bosses can be summoned during the day and don't despawn or instakill the player (I think.. too lazy to test) during the day

One more thing, I think the Blood Stained Pocket Watch is a reference to Sakuya Izayoi from Touhou. I can't confirm this, though, but it seems likely.

Note, this mod also its compaitble with Fargo Souls

This mod does not modify the eternity variants of the vanilla bosses, but the new bosses have Eternity Mode Attacks and AI

10:37 One funny thing to note is that the terminator has yellow magenta and cyan afterimages in one attack that all come together to make on white after image. In reality the subtractive color scheme (CMY) when all combined make black instead of white. Still a very cool idea

In prime’s second phase he pulls back his face a bit in each corner to reveal machine guns that rapidly fire as he spins, he forms all his arms in an ark like a shuriken, surely being deadly to anyone who dares t in approach closer, and also making it near impossible to reach his head in his weakest form. On top of that, he gets a highly sped up Cthulhu dash pattern, and in his last third of health, he does all that still, but with empress of light circle and charge patterns, also launching out hundreds of destroyer probes.

The Destroyer
He can fly, is significantly longer, occasionally shoots out a weakened red moon lord death beam. In his laser firing stages, he will shoot Ocram level of lasers at you, and probes are the same.

The Twins
In the first phase Spazmatism will shoot Ichor streams before launching blasts of frostburn, hellfire, shadow flame, and cursed flames. If you get too close to Retinazer, he will shoot several ichor lasers at you. In the second phase, Spazmatism will use a flame thrower attack that mixes all the debuffs from before. Retinazer now has a random chance to shoot a red death beam. In their last third of health, Spazmatism will spin in place with his now EXTENDED flamethrower, while spinning Retinazer around him like a flail, while Retinazer simultaneously shoots Ichor lasers, normal lasers, and his extended strengthened death beam, and Spazmatism is spewing
homing streams of Ichor with infinite distance.

And that, is what I think
harder upgrades bosses would be like, and red would also nerf your only hope of beating any of them.
