There is no on board storage or "standalone" ability, unlike the Samsung IconX 2018 (4GB internally), on the Galaxy Buds. I will not buy them. The point to me of "wireless" earbuds is standalone. Just like smartwatches. (Samsung Gear S and not the Galaxy Watch or Gear to phone or sharing same phone #) The future in tech should be smaller, less to carry and work on their own.
