Ripple control transmitter with fixed relays

Another quick test of the transmitter, now wired up again and functional. Hopefully will be getting some receivers in soon, just have to figure out shipping and such.

And finally for people who may want to make a system like this, I do not suggest it, took a really long time and a lot of effort to get it to work reliably when you could easily get more functionality out of X10 systems. It is especially hard to get receivers for it, however if you are really committed to it let me know in the comments and I'll help as best as I can.
