what i do not understand is, is it continually scanning the environment and adjusting? or is it sampling and adjusting only when you go back into edge mode in the app to have it resample.

My aids automatically switch to Edge Mode whether I need it or not. Then I have to go to my phone and go back to Personal Mode. I find this a nuisance and wish I could stop it.
