Aizen also created his own Hogyoku, he stole Uraharas then added to is own. Also there were some espada members who were natural arrancars before Aizen showd up, like Ulquiorra, Barragan and likely Starrk

sosuke actually has a hogyoku of himself, but it was unfinished. He stole kisuke's hogyoku to merge it together completing it.

meaning kisuke wasn't the only one that created the complete hogyoku. it was a team effort ei stealing.

Are arrancars vasto lorde’s or what? thats one thing that I’ve never heard a clear answer on. They always say hollows, menos grande, arrancar, and vasto lorde. But then they call ulq, stark, and barragan arrancars which are literally the strongest we’ve ever seen from huenco mundo. So does the vasto lorde just not exist yet or have they not been discovered.
